OUR VISION

A reimagined community transformed by culturally adapted and engaged youth and adults who accept responsibility for the maintenance of their communities.

TRANSFORMING COMMUNITIES
THROUGH
CULTURE
Culture Restoration Project, Inc. (CRP) began serving its community in 2013 by providing cultural education and experiences to the Wilmington, Delaware community. In the early years, CRP focused on engaging adults. However, after assessing community needs, which included addressing epidemic levels of violent activities and low school performance in high-risk Wilmington communities, CRP transitioned to developing curriculum guides, enrichment programs, and activities for school-age children.
Culture Restoration Project, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2013 to transform communities through culture. We develop curriculum-based enrichment programs for school-age children, addressing critical needs including youth violence, low academic performance, and the need to affirm positive self-identity. Through cultural education and experiences, we empower young people to thrive and become positive contributors to their community.
